On behalf of Pimlico Properties Limited, Tuckerman have let the part first floor of 6,249 sq ft to Brand Addition Ltd in November 2011. The lease was granted for a term of fifteen years, subject to a tenant only option to break on the fifth and tenth years, with an initial rent of 11 months at a rent of £127,105.50 per annum.  Brand Additions were represented by Jones Lang Lasalle.

Tuckerman have let the 1st floor of the above premises to Brassington Chartering LLP on a ten year lease with tenant break option at the fifth year. The premises comprise 1,875 sq ft of high quality office space and were let at a rent of £81,562.50 per annum. Crossland Otter Hunt acted for Brassington.

Tuckerman have recently let part 1st floor to Trade Policy Research Centre on behalf of The Corporation of Church House at a rent of £31 psf exclusive.

Tuckerman let the self-contained ground and lower ground office suite of 1,354 sq ft to Trolley Gallery on a 10 year lease with a  five year break and review at a rental of £25,000 per annum. Tuckerman were acting on behalf of One Housing Group.

533 Kings Road, London, SW10

Tuckerman, on behalf of Blakenhall Limited, let this first floor showroom of 3,825 sq ft in the prominent Furniture Cave on the Kings Road to Lapicida on a 15 years lease for £95,000 per annum with five yearly rent reviews in October 2011. Cowen & Rutter acted as joint agents.
