A restaurant property of approximately 3,526 Sq Ft  has been sold to Rowley's. Tuckerman sold these restaurant premises on behalf of a long standing client for a consideration of £2.9 million. The deal was conducted off market and was completed in a very swift time frame due to the sensitive nature of the business. Tuckerman was instrumental in the identification of the buyer without any formal marketing of the property at a good sale figure.
