First acting on the disposal of a handful of car parking spaces, we then in 2007 won the mandate to market the leasehold elements of the former Dawnay Day Portfolio in Grosvenor Gardens, totalling around 60,000 sq ft. Following a proactive marketing campaign utilising our unrivalled local knowledge, we managed to secure the majority of the new tenants and purchasers for the various buildings therein, namely 8-10, 9-11, 15-17 and 38 Grosvenor Gardens. We continue to act for Dawnay Day on lettings those buildings remaining in the portfolio and have helped to drive rents significantly during this time.
