Tuckerman have acted for Mount Anvil on a few properties, most recently the letting and subsequent investment disposal of Cantilever Court, on Wandsworth Road, SW8. With some 35,000 sq ft of D1, B1 space across 6 units, and in a challenging location, we devised an effective marketing campaign to dispose of all of the space effectively. This include the selling of two commercial units to office occupiers, and the letting of the majority of the remaining space (circa 15,000 sq ft) to Pure Gym. Upon completion of the latter deal, we sold the investment to Riverside Capital at a figure approaching £3m. We continue to provide regular strategic property advice, and are marketing further space for them currently via our South Bank new joint venture with Farebrother – Union Street Partners.
