Tuckerman is currently the ninth largest commercial agency in the West End market in terms of the quantity of accommodation available, much of which is in Victoria SW1 (source - Focus). We undertake, on average, 40% of the deals in the area in the course of a year.
The emphasis has, and always will be, on professionalism through research, understanding and action, but with a personal touch. We have a team of commercial agents who have an in depth knowledge of the Central London area. Most of our surveyors have been with the company for in excess of ten years and their knowledge of our areas of expertise is unrivalled.
We act for either landlords or tenants and undertake both disposals and aquisitions for FTSE 100 companies such as Capita Group and the Met Police as well as high net worth individuals. Around 90% of our work is repeat business for clients, many of which we have worked for for almost 30 years.
