Alex joined Tuckerman in 1997 as a Graduate and became a Director of the Company in 2005.   Alex is a Fellow of the RICS and a member of the IRRV, specialising in rent reviews/lease renewals throughout central London, as well as being a panel valuer for banks including RBS, Natwest, HSBC, Clydesdale and Coutts Bank.  Alex is also actively involved in commercial agency, including retail and industrial properties and has specialist knowledge of rating matters, including attending valuation tribunals on behalf of clients.

Outside of the work place, Alex is married with two young children and lives in Blackheath.  Alex regularly undertakes the London Marathon on behalf of local Charities and is a committee member at Shooters Hill Rugby Football Club, as well as being Chairman of the clubs Mini's Rugby programme.  Alex enjoys rugby, golf and mountaineering and cycles to and from work.
