Guy joined Tuckerman in 1999, qualifying as an MRICS in 2002 and appointed Director in 2007. Guy heads the Office Disposal Team at Tuckerman, specialising in lettings and sales within Victoria, Westminster and Belgravia and has an unrivalled knowledge of this market place. Guy also conducts office acquisitions for clients, particularly within the energy and charitable sectors. Guy works closely with the Development Team, providing advice on potential office/mixed use schemes from the design stage through to ultimate completion of lettings.

Guy is also a member of the West End Office Agents Committee, which is responsible for organising various charitable and educational events within the Agency Community. He is also a recently appointed member of the Microscope Ball Committee which raises funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign (www.muscular-dystrophy.org).

Guy is married to Caroline and has two children, Annabelle aged 4 and Freddie aged 2. He is a keen swimmer and golfer as well as a keen supporter of the England Rugby and Cricket teams, watching them play whenever he can.
