Philip joined Tuckerman in 1987, having originally trained as a Civil Engineer and was appointed Finance Director in 2007. Philip heads up The Agency Team providing strategic acquisition and disposal advice to landlords and tenants, as well as investment and development advice to private and commercial landlords. Philip has acted for a host of clients over the years including funds, solicitors, charities and property companies including Hansainvest, Winckworth Sherwood, COIT, Dentist Provident and WELPUT.

Philip is married with children and spends most of his weekends actively supporting their rugby, cricket and rowing exploits.
