Acting on behalf of EPR Architects, Tuckerman have acquired the Electricity Board's leases expiring 2015 of approximately 22,000 sq ft air-conditioned 6th and 7th floors of 30 Millbank.

The space comprises approximately 1,500 sq ft of workshop, storage and 11 parking spaces, at a passing rent of £670,500 per annum.  A reverse premium of £1 million was paid to EPR by EB, in addition to a rent free period in excess of 12 months was agreed.   DTZ acted for the Electricity Board.
