One of Victoria’s newest gyms, 1 Rebel promises to give you 45 minutes of immersive and high energy lead indoor cycling. Their website comes with a detailed profile of all their trainers which each specialise in different types of classes all of whom have a playlist ready to encourage you to maximise your efforts on the bike. One thing is for certain, they have spared no costs on their fit out with all their gyms looking bang on. Classes start from £22 per session.
Aiming to provide a great value gym, the newly transformed gym offers 220 pieces of kit and over 50 free classes a week. Their no contract membership means you can cancel at any time, but with membership from £36.99 and 24 hours access this seems like a great deal to us.
If you are looking for a boutique fitness class look no further, describing themselves as “An urban gym for the busy Londoner” they provide results-based training with bike park, gym space with fitness studios providing signature classes and training programmes. From ride classes to yoga and everything in between, having taken part in some classes we can recommend giving this a go. Available from £55 a month or a credit based system from £20 per credit.
Gym Box was born in 2003 from a car park in the West End, they had a resident DJ, dancers and neon lights. Today they are home to some of the most unique and diverse fitness classes in London. With a number of Olympic sized boxing rings, combat cages and world class free weights. They still retain their live DJs and electric atmosphere in all their clubs, if you are looking for motivation you are sure to get it from their high energy personal trainers.
Located just of Victoria Street, you won’t be disappointed with the awesome fit out and array of equipment. As well as single membership they offer corporate membership if you can persuade enough of your colleagues to head down with you.
Located in the new and very trendy Eccleston Yards, Barry Boot camp provides ‘ The Best Workout in the World’. Their high intensity group workout burns up to 1,000 calories in one class, tones muscle maximises fat loss and increases your metabolism so you can actually burn calories after the class is over.
Barrys original classes are a mix of running and weights, broken back to 25 minutes of cardiovascular training on the treadmill and 25 minutes of strength training on the floor. We have sources that tell us this is tough, but 100% worth it given the results they have achieved.
Pricing starts from £22 a class, with a discount available when buying a course of classes of membership.
For fitness not to feel like a chore, Frame offers an environment to move, sweat and fuel your frame daily. High intensity signature classes, as well as a range of workouts to help restore your Zen. 2019 is all about helping the mind.
Pricing is on a Pay–As-You-Go basis with classes from £15 a class or membership starting at £120 pcm. There are a number of introductory offers for new members including £10 classes on Monday to Friday with a Victoria Privilege card.
Located on Vauxhall bridge road, the Queen Mother's Sport Centre provides the only swimming 25 metre pool in Victoria. As well as the two swimming pools, they have a modern gym with a number of cardio and resistance machines. They also over group exercise sessions, including cycling and hot yoga classes. To top it off they have a sports hall and three squash courts available to hire.

And for those looking for those looking for a free gym how about heading for a run or swift walk around Green Park whilst taking in some of London’s most iconic sites. From the bridge across st James Park Lake you can view Buckingham Palace, The London Eye and Horse Guards parade all at once.
