Harbor Group buys in SW1
Harbor Group International has acquired a prime London retail property for £6.125m.
The property, located at 120 Wilton Road, SW1, and totaling 7,006 sq ft, comprises three ground floor retail spaces occupied by two popular restaurants and a storied bookbinder.
120 Wilton Plaza is a prime retail property situated within the Victoria area, just minutes away from Victoria Station – the second busiest railroad station in London.
The property is 100% leased. Tenants include two top food chains – Le Pain Quotidien and Giraffe, and Shepherds, one of the oldest bookbinding companies in England – dating back to 1842.
