Software company Intuit is close to relocating its headquarters from Maidenhead to Land Securities’ 123 Victoria Street, SW1. Intuit is understood to have gone under offer for just over 16,000 sq ft at the 210,000 sq ft development. It has agreed a 10-year lease, paying close to £59 per sq ft.
The firm will relocate from 12,000 sq ft in New Statesman House, Berkshire. It is not known whether it will retain any space there. The deal follows a number of significant lettings at 123 Victoria Street, including the John Lewis Partnership’s deal to take circa 30,000 sq ft.
