Global mining company BHP Billiton has agreed a prelet at Land Securities’ £2.2bn Nova scheme, SW1.
The company is taking 25,000 sqft on the 12th and 13th floors of Nova South on a 15-year lease.
Nova is the culmination of LandSec’s £2.2bn redevelopment in Victoria, comprising 480,000 sq ft of grade-A offices – Nova North and Nova South – as well as two acres of public realm and 170 flats.
The scheme will also include 18 new food and dining concepts.
BHP Billiton will join private equity investor Advent International and global executive search and talent advisory firm Egon Zehnder, who both signed prelets at the building last year.
