Real Assets Buys In SW1

Real Assets (RA) Global Opportunity Fund I, advised by Floreat Real Estate, in partnership with Arbrook Land, has bought Dacre House at 19 Dacre Street, SW1 for £17.65m from a private investor.

The property occupies a prominent corner position close to Victoria Street and comprises two retail units with five floors of multi let offices above, totalling 16,800 sq ft. The principal tenant is Colas Rail Limited.

Clive Thomas, Managing Director of Floreat Real Estate said: “The micro and macro location is improving significantly with large scale developments attracting many well-known brands as tenants to the area. This building will benefit from the repositioning of the area.”
