Tuckerman has acquired 70,000 sq ft on behalf of The Office Group on Eccleston Square. The property adds further space to their million-plus sq ft of serviced offices to Central London.

Tuckerman had been tracking the off-market property  for some time. Mark Fisher explains 'The former TFL block needed some refurbishment work but was ideal for serviced space due to its location and depth of space.'

'The Office Group have a great business model with a very attractive covenant for a landlord too. They are ideal for Victoria, which has always had a serviced offering, but needs a more varied mix of choices.'

The new sectors which are being attracted to the location are keen to find smaller flexible spaces. Also, with the loss of so much space to residential, there is significant latent demand.

It is the latest of several new entrants to the serviced market in Victoria. Tuckerman leased 25,000 sq ft to I2 at Southside recently. London Executive Offices have also signed up at Nova.
