Victoria office space has changed significantly from the traditional image of oil company workers and civil servants. Offices in the area have now been leased to impressive fashion houses as Burberry, Armani and Jimmy Choo, as well as a range of hedge funds including Wellington and 3i.

The transformation continues, with Victoria offices reaching figures of up to £80 per sq ft and new developments such as Zig Zag and Nova being constructed. The 6 acre Nova site opposite the Station will create an incredible new hub for the West End and the offices will compete with the best in the world

Offices in Victoria have always been well located for transportation, but amenity has often been lacking. This is now also being tackled with new restaurants and bars being developed across the area. The older pubs have also enjoyed a renaissance in Victoria, with many of them being renovated and discovered by tenants for the first time.

The landscape for new corporate tenants considering Victoria as a viable option is particularly good, with plenty of choice at the upper end of the quality spectrum. For smaller tenants, the options are not quite so plentiful, and some are being forced out of the area due to rising rents and limited stock.
