We are firmly of the opinion that the best results are achieved by working as a team with the client and their other advisors from the outset. Some of the core elements of our leasing and sales service are set out below. However we would stress that all strategies are tailored to each specific project;

  • Establish a brief and devise a marketing and disposal strategy.
  • Advise on values taking account of the competition.
  • Produce marketing material.
  • Advise on target occupiers.
  • Undertake viewings, providing regular updates on interest and marketing.
  • Advise on any necessary refurbishment works to the accommodation.
  • Negotiate the best terms with a tenant or buyer and work closely with the legal team throughout the process.
