Mark Fisher MRICS
Managing Director, Investment & Development Agency
Mark joined Tuckerman in 1994, and became Managing Director in 2007. He advises on investment and development property on behalf of clients including Grosvenor, Land Securities and Westminster School. He works closely with all departments in the company to ensure that internal communication is optimised, and the best results achieved for our clients. Mark also founded and runs the website www.vickipedia.co.uk, which, as an ’encyclopedic knowledge of Victoria’, is a profile-raising project for Victoria.
Mark works for The Passage Homeless Shelter on their property committee and is one of their trustees, helping to raise £18 million for the refurbishment of their premises. He is married with two children, lives in Beaconsfield and enjoys squash, golf and fly-fishing, as well as driving his 1973 Triumph TR6 through the country lanes of the Chilterns.
Mark works closely with Farebrother, our sister company in Midtown creating various joint venture brands. These cover niche sectors which we believe deserve their own focused ‘best-in-class’ service.
We now have several JV companies, including Tandem, which is our Property Asset Management brand (www.tandem-property.com) and Square One Real Estate (www.sqonerealestate.com) which advises on residential and mixed-use development.
Finally, Flexible Office Space (www.flexibleofficespace.co) is our serviced office company which provides advice on the best offices to occupy short-term in this emerging sector.
